Writing can be a tedious task, and finding motivation is another challenge. For people to sit down and start writing can be more like a fictitious thing to believe. Getting distracted by our habits of using YouTube or TikTok, and when you belatedly realize that you have a whole six pages to write, you just shove it away.

Later, we always get anxious for not writing even a single page.

So how can you solve this problem?

To put it more bluntly, “You have to find a little happiness in your writing journey.” More like a twist. Let’s put it like this: you plop down on your chair, writing software is on, and then you start racking your brain while typing as fast as you can. You don’t have to do that. You have to start with a slight change.

Open Google and type what font your favorite writer uses. Instead of your own typical font, try to replace it with the font you have discovered. (Make sure you only find one, not many)

There is a simple change. What do you feel? A new font? But how is it going to motivate me? Try it out, and see if you feel better and really want to write. Let us say, instead of zero words or a hundred today, because of this little change, you wrote three hundred or more.

Don’t feel like writing on a white background; change it to dark gray or pale black. These little things will surely boost your desire for writing.

But here’s what you need to be cautious of: don’t go overboard with it. Make yourself ‘Limited’ to a very single change. If you choose a black background today, use it. Don't keep changing it; just believe that the change is to your own liking. The same goes with other changes.

If you helped, you can ask other methods too…
